SUMMER SCHOOL ’18
19 July 2018
This week was our 10th annual summer school.
We recruited a litter of 15 and 16 year olds from 7 schools and gave them an Apprentice-style brief to make sport more attractive to their age group.
The class had talks from across the agency on planning, how to tackle a brief, social media and the history of advertising.
They even got to go to a sound studio and record some radio for real.
The week concluded with a head-to-head pitch, for which there were some pretty impressive judges in the room. Jo Sinclair, Head of Commercial at England Netball, Nicole Sapstead, CEO of UK Anti-Doping, Gurjit Deacon, Campaign Magazine, as well as our very own, Steve Hastings.
