If you were planning an event for kids, then chances are you wouldn’t put the words ‘history’ and ‘museum’ in the title. So when we won the Natural History Museum account, we knew we needed to blow away the cobwebs and bring ‘history’ to life.
We climbed inside a child’s imagination and came up with a campaign first for the Dino Jaws exhibition and then a campaign for the Antarctica exhibition. Belching dinosaurs and kids dressed up as arctic explorers were just some of the print and poster routes that had kids pestering their parents for a visit, and awards juries giving us, well, awards. A little bit of history in the making.
